Mike Meechin is an educator and life-long learner. A product of inner-city public education, Mike took his lack of motivation as a student and used that to drive his passion for change in how we "do" school in the United States.
In his nine year career as an educator, Mike as been recognized as Teacher of the Year in local and countywide honors. Mike worked on the front lines as a classroom educator working with all types of students at the high school level. He now serves as a Data and Assessment Coordinator in a public high school, working with educators to utilize data to drive their instruction. His passion for education and technology make Mike a passionate and dynamic speaker. His belief in the building of connections with our students shines through in his work.
